These terms apply when you use retirementreadinesshub.com, operated by RetirementOS Inc (“Retirement OS,” “we,” “us”). By registering for a Founding Membership or using the site, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of any of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep your account details up to date.
Founding Membership is complimentary. There is no cost, no credit card is required, and there is no obligation to purchase anything. It includes access to the 7 Pillars education library, the self-diagnostic calculators, the 7 Pillars Scoring System and Retirement Readiness Report, and the member portal.
The 7 Pillars of Retirement Readiness is scheduled for release in Q4 2026, and Founding Members are intended to receive a free copy when it becomes available. The format and delivery method will be published before release.
This is the most important thing in these terms. Everything on this site is educational. None of it is advice about your particular situation.
The calculators, scores, assessments, and the Retirement Readiness Report are educational tools that work from information you provide. They are not intended to provide, and should not be relied upon for, legal, tax, investment, insurance, or individualized financial advice. They are not intended to predict or guarantee retirement outcomes, and they do not recommend any particular investment, insurance product, allocation, or financial strategy.
Results depend entirely on the figures and assumptions you enter. We do not verify them. Different inputs produce different results, and no result should be treated as a projection of what will actually happen.
Consult a qualified professional — an attorney, tax adviser, or licensed financial professional — about your individual circumstances before making decisions.
Retirement OS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Social Security Administration, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Internal Revenue Service, or any other government agency or program.
You may request a complimentary Retirement Readiness Review. Requesting one is voluntary and is not required to use any part of your membership.
Product availability, features, limitations, and eligibility vary. Any guarantees associated with insurance products are subject to the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.
If you request a review, your details are provided to a licensed insurance agent so they can contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile & Preferences in the portal. Deletion is permanent and removes your saved reports with it.

The educational content, calculators, scoring system, reports, text, design, and software on this site belong to RetirementOS Inc or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial retirement planning. You may keep and share your own reports.
The figures you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them for the purpose of producing your results and reports, and for nothing else, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and may add or remove calculators, content, or features.
We may update the educational content and the scoring methodology. If we do, previously generated reports remain as they were generated and are not recalculated.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retirement OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on educational tools provided here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. If we close your account other than for a breach, we will tell you and give you an opportunity to export your data.
By registering you consent to receive service messages about your account. If you also agreed to receive educational emails, you can turn those off at any time in Profile & Preferences, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. If you separately agreed to telephone calls, texts, automated or prerecorded messages, or AI-assisted voice communications, you can withdraw that permission in Profile & Preferences at any time and can reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Optional communication consent is not required for membership, a complimentary review, or purchase. Turning off optional communications does not close your account.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and if a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or through the portal before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory protections available under applicable law.
